The Association of Elite Human Resource Professionals (AEHRP) is committed to providing its members with the resources and knowledge they need to effectively manage a cross-generational workforce. In June 2023, the AEHRP Research and Knowledge Management Committee commissioned a comprehensive survey to gather insights into the challenges and opportunities of managing a workforce spanning multiple generations.
The survey was conducted among a diverse group of HR professionals, representing various industries and organizational sizes. The findings of the survey are presented in this report.
